Jim Cavender has a varied array of technical skill sets all within the communications market. He started his sales experience as a Regional Salesman of avionics and test equipment. In his nine year tenure at a distributor and the transition of avionics to RF communications, Jim led all sales and worked as a salesman, account manager, to Sales Manager. In 1983, Jim was hired as a Regional Sales Manager for a major radio OEM and established the largest set of 800 trunked dealers while honing his sales skills in the Land Mobile market. In 1984, he helped to establish a manufacturers rep firm, and as Vice President was responsible for the sales strategy. That strategy produced first or second place recognition from manufacturers of Land Mobile Radios, antennas, cavities, coaxial cable, and test equipment from 1984-1998. Jim then went to large corporate companies while extending his Sales Management skills into National, Strategic, and Global OEM sales strategies. In March of 2004 he founded Wire2Wireless Marketing, LLC.
